Freedom of Association

We recognize and respect workers' rights to form or join trade unions and engage in collective bargaining. Workers are protected from discrimination, victimization, intimidation, and any other threats related to their rights to associate.
Non-Discrimination: We prohibit discrimination in hiring, salary, benefits, promotion, discipline, termination, or retirement based on gender, color, religion, caste, age, disability, sexual orientation, maternity, marital status, nationality, political opinion, union membership, or social or ethnic origin.
Child Labor: We define a ”Child Worker” as anyone under 18 and verify age through certificates, original documents, photo verification, and medical checks.
